Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup including equipment and signage.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks for safety.
• Provide friendly customer service by helping attendees with inquiries and directions.
• Collaborate with event staff and security to maintain safety and order.
• Assist in crowd management and control entry/exit flow.
• Respond promptly to security incidents following established protocols.
• Monitor event areas to enforce rules and safety procedures.
• Handle attendee complaints calmly and professionally.
• Adhere to company policies to deliver high service and security standards.
• Represent BEST Crowd Management with professionalism and teamwork.
• Support operations by being flexible and helping where needed.

BEST Crowd Management is looking for friendly, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join our Guest Experience Team. In this role, you’ll be the face of the experience—providing assistance, answering questions, and helping create a welcoming, positive environment for every guest. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, including the arrangement of equipment, signage, and other necessary materials.


• Monitor access points and conduct thorough security checks to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure the safety of attendees.


• Provide friendly and helpful customer service by assisting attendees with inquiries, directions, and general event information.


• Collaborate with event staff and security personnel to maintain a safe and organized environment.


• Assist in crowd management, including controlling entry and exit points and ensuring proper flow of attendees.


• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, following established protocols.


• Monitor event areas to enforce event rules, regulations, and safety procedures.


• Handle and resolve attendee complaints or conflicts in a calm and professional manner.


• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to deliver a high standard of service and security.


• Represent BEST Crowd Management with professionalism, courtesy, and teamwork.


• Support overall operations by being flexible and assisting where needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.


• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or guest-facing experience is a plus, but not required.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional in busy or high-energy environments.


• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.


• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
