Allied Universal is hiring for stadium event staff in Pittsburgh, PA. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, with evening and weekend shifts at ACRISURE STADIUM.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with responsibilities including entry screening, crowd control, and guest assistance to ensure safety and a great experience. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, and can pass a background check and post-offer drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Control entry by scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, directing entry/exit traffic.
• Screen guests during entry using bag searches, metal detectors, or x-ray as required; ID verification.
• Protect guests, staff, and venue assets by monitoring for security breaches at checkpoints.
• Provide escorts for unruly guests when ejections are warranted and respond to crowd control issues.
• Greet guests warmly at facility entrances and thank them as they leave; give directions to enhance the experience.

Join our stadium safety team in Pittsburgh, PA at ACRISURE STADIUM!

Part‑time & Flexible Scheduling!

Work evenings and weekends!

Starting Pay: $17.00/ hour

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Allows appropriate entry into each venue, may collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic coming in and out of the venue.
• Screen guests during entry via bag searching, hand wand, metal detector, or x‑ray machine and ID verification.
• Protect guests, staff, and venue ownership group assets by watching for security breaches at vital checkpoints.
• Respond quickly to potential crowd control issues and provide escorts for unruly guests when ejections are warranted.
• Demonstrates an understanding of the policies, procedures and regulations of different venues, facilities and events.
• Initiates a genuine, friendly and personal greeting to our guests as they arrive at your facility entrance, aisle, concourse area or other location, and a sincere thank you as you complete your encounter with each guest.
• Provides guests with helpful directions and/or suggestions that will enhance their entertainment experience.
• Interactions with guests include a smile and use of a natural speaking voice, including natural inflection and a friendly tone.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post‑offer/pre‑employment drug/alcohol test and may be required to pass a Driver’s Record check.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
