Job summary

DK Security is hiring Event Staff Security Officers in Michigan to provide crowd control for concerts and events at Pine Knob Music Theater, Michigan Lottery Amphitheater, and Meadow Brook Amphitheater. Officers safeguard patrons and staff and follow venue guidelines.

Openings include evenings, weekends, and some day shifts. Compensation is $18.50/hour with security-specific requirements such as background checks, de-escalation skills, and physical fitness expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Armed security work requires Michigan CPL or LEOSA and related qualifications.
• Must not have felonies or certain misdemeanors; background checks required.
• Must pass a drug screen at hire and random testing thereafter.
• Adhere to Uniform and Appearance policy and present a professional image.
• If driving client vehicles, a valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Must be able to move quickly and respond to emergencies; some shifts are 8–12 hours.
• Armed officers must complete a psychological evaluation on hire.

Responsibilities
