Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Security Lead for The Magnolia venue. The role guards, patrols, and monitors premises to prevent theft and rule violations while assisting security supervisors and managing staff breaks.

The job requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with security experience preferred. The position involves walking, lifting 50 lbs+, and operating security equipment on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Security/Law Enforcement experience preferred; Guard Card a plus.
• Knowledge of security operations and safety practices in a business environment.
• Ability to make independent and sound judgments within policy.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Circulate among guests and staff to preserve safety and order.
• Monitor entrances and departures to guard against theft and ensure safety.
• Prepare reports of daily activities and irregularities.
• Patrol premises to prevent intrusion and protect doors/windows.
• Escort or drive to transport individuals or provide personal protection.
• Operate detecting devices to screen for prohibited items.
• Participate in the venue sustainability program and recycling efforts.
• Collaborate with staff to close the venue after events and store equipment.
