Job summary

American Home Design is hiring weekend Event Promoters to energize our booth at local events in Middle TN. You will engage attendees, spark interest in our home improvement products, and aim to schedule a free in-home estimate while representing the company professionally.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped bonuses and a path to grow your sales career, with weekend shifts and paid training and coaching. Join a fun, performance-driven team that rewards results.

Qualifications

• Ability to approach potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently.
• Must be able to work weekends - when the events/shows happen.
• Active; requires being on your feet for a 4 hour shift.
• Reliable transportation to get to local events around the Middle TN area.
