American Home Design, Nashville's trusted home improvement company, is hiring weekend Event Promoters to engage attendees at our live booth experiences. If you are outgoing and energetic, you will drive interest and schedule free in-home estimates for our home improvement products.

This role offers a base pay plus uncapped bonuses, paid training, and opportunities for career growth. Weekend availability and the ability to stand for 4 hours are required.

Formación

• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Confident when approaching customers at events.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to work weekends during events/shows.

• Ability to approach potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently
• Must be able to work weekends- when the events/shows happen!
• Active; requires being on your feet for a 4 hour shift
• Reliable transportation to get to local events around the Middle TN area
