Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, customer service, or related field.
• Positive, engaging, team-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, CRM systems, and general computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a client focus.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Event Director and Sales Director in selling, planning, and coordinating birthday parties and group events.
• Collaborate with team to serve birthdays, school events/lock-ins, and field trips.
• Represent Scene75 as an ambassador in the community at networking events and on social media.
• Work with operations to communicate upcoming events and assist with seamless execution.
• Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives aimed at meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
