Scene75 is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support event sales across youth, adult, social, and corporate markets. The role offers uncapped commissions and a strong benefits package, with an operations team dedicated to executing memorable events.

The candidate will leverage local knowledge to drive birthday parties, school events, and group bookings, while building relationships in the community and coordinating with the events and marketing teams to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, customer service, or related field.
• Positive, engaging, team-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation with client focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Event Director and Sales Director in selling, planning, and coordinating birthday parties and group events.
• Collaborate with team members to serve birthdays, school events, and field trips.
• Represent Scene75 as an ambassador at community events and on social media.
• Work with operations to communicate upcoming events and ensure seamless execution.
• Help develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to meet revenue goals.
