Job summary

Topgolf Renton is seeking an organized events coordinator to support the event sales team, manage client inquiries and bookings, and coordinate logistics for weekend events at our Renton location.

You will gather requirements, schedule rooms, liaise with internal teams, and maintain records, delivering friendly service and accurate bookings.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities are required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with standard office software and booking systems is expected.
• Experience in event coordination or administrative roles is a plus.
• Primarily weekend shifts are required.

Renton's pay range is $22.29 - 24.75 Position Pay Range
