Job summary

Topgolf Payroll Services in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking an organized Event Coordinator to support the event sales team in handling client inquiries, bookings, and on-site logistics.

You will coordinate scheduling, room setup, gather requirements, provide guest service, manage records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution. Previous admin or event coordination experience is a plus.
