Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Events and Retail Marketer to generate leads at events across Wisconsin, engage homeowners, and promote our premier window and door products. You’ll travel to trade shows, retail spaces, and home shows, building brand rapport and collecting leads for appointments.

You will start with an hourly base of $18.00, with wage increases and uncapped bonuses. Paid training, full benefits for full-time staff, and 401(k) matching are offered, along with a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Professional, outgoing, and friendly personalities.
• Assertive, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and results oriented.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, bartending, or related fields.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Ability to lift 65lbs and load equipment into vehicle.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and appointments at events (trade shows, fairs, and festivals), home shows, and retail sources.
• Engage in conversations with homeowners to create interest and educate on the products offered.
• Assist in the preparation, set-up, and take-down of tables, booths, totes tents, etc.
