Event Promotions & Marketing Representative

ROI Solution Group is one of the leading marketing and advertising firms in the Pittsburgh area. We have recently expanded and are looking to fill entry level positions in management, marketing, and sales. We are focusing on building our new divisions. Some of the nation’s largest companies have hired us to increase consumer awareness and build their customer base. We are looking for the right people to lead in expanding and growing this division. The right candidate will be self‑motivated, have natural leadership abilities, and be career‑oriented.

Event Promotions & Marketing Representatives receive complete and individualized hands‑on training while learning how to execute the events, sales, and marketing campaigns inside our Big Box retailer locations.

Trained, highly motivated, proactive representatives are invaluable. This position can expect to receive advancement and promotions based upon personal performance, and positive reviews from clients and customers after events and campaigns have concluded. All individuals are first cross trained in marketing, sales, and compliance standards before promotion into managerial role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing and executing projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager
• Working with the Marketing Manager and key accounts to integrate marketing campaigns with customer promotions
• Coordinating in-store service events and maintaining successful operation
• Building relationships with customers and communicating promotional services
• Working with the Marketing Manager to develop and refine measurement strategies for event promotions campaigns
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel
• Keeping accurate and timely record of event traffic, production, and inventory
