Audacy, Inc. is seeking a Promotions Assistant to support our Promotions + Experiences team in the Madison market. This part-time, on-site role focuses on coordinating on-site experiences for Audacy events and assisting with setups, promotions, and brand initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, excellent organizational skills, and a team-first attitude. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in event management, preferably in sports, entertainment, lifestyle or news formats.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and punctuality; reliable team member.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site experience for Audacy events.
• Assist in set-up, execution and tear down of events.
• Support Marketing team on promotions, contesting and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments and partners on event execution as needed.
• Prepare recap materials for on-site events and ensure legal/disclosure compliance.
