TV Collective is seeking an energetic Event Promotions Assistant to join our marketing team and help bring brand experiences to life at live events and activations. This entry-level role emphasizes face-to-face engagement and learning through hands-on training.

You will work closely with experienced coordinators, support campaigns, and develop skills in event promotions, customer service, and brand representation during evenings and weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at live events, retail activations, promotional events, and community campaigns.
• Engage directly with customers and create positive, memorable brand experiences.
• Learn about client products, services, and promotions through comprehensive training.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about products and promotions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and distribute samples, promotional materials, and campaign information.
• Assist customers with orders, registrations, applications, and event sign-ups.
• Support event setup, breakdown, logistics, and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor event traffic, customer interactions, and frequently asked questions.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with event and marketing teams.
• Help improve customer engagement and campaign performance through effective communication.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic presence throughout each event.

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Event Promotions Assistant to join our growing marketing and promotions team. In this entry-level role, you’ll work alongside experienced event coordinators to create engaging customer experiences, increase brand awareness, and support promotional campaigns at live events and community activations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in event marketing, promotional marketing, brand representation, customer engagement, and experiential marketing. Paid training is provided, so previous event or marketing experience is not required.

What You’ll Do
