Pay Rate: $32/hr - 40/hr Work location: Hybrid Schedule - Remote and City of Industry, CA

The Event Producer (Temp) will jump in quickly to concept, plan, and produce high-impact experiential
and influencer events for Torrid this season. You’ll be the go-to owner of every detail, from blue-sky
ideation through flawless on-site execution, while keeping budgets, timelines, and stakeholders perfectly
aligned.
What You'll Do:
● Project Leadership – Own end-to-end event execution, driving timelines, deliverables, and
accountability.
● Budget & Procurement – Build and manage event budgets up to $150K; source, negotiate, and
oversee vendors (fabrication, A/V, décor, catering, staffing, venues).
● Event Concepting – Develop immersive, on-brand concepts that excite influencers and guests
and spark share-worthy content.
● Stakeholder Management – Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, talent reps, and
venue staff; provide clear status updates and rapid issue resolution.
● Creative Execution – Translate brand guidelines into physical touchpoints; supervise build-outs,
signage, gifting, and attendee journey flows.
● On-Site Direction – Lead load-in/load-out, cue live programming, manage staff and volunteers,
and enforce safety/alcohol protocols.
● Show Flow & Docs – Craft run-of-shows, production schedules, call sheets, and vendor matrices
to keep every detail buttoned up.
What You'll Need:
● 4+ years producing consumer or influencer events for lifestyle, fashion, or entertainment brands
(agency or client-side) as a lead.
● Proven success owning $100K+ budgets and delivering under tight timelines.
● Robust Southern California vendor network (fabrication, A/V, venues, etc.).
● Working knowledge of permits, insurance, and live-event safety requirements.
● Calm, polished leadership style, comfortable directing crews, talent, and VIPs.
● Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended on-site hours.
● Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 20%.
● Based in Los Angeles / City of Industry area
