Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking an Event Producer to establish a centralized center of excellence for live and virtual events in the Healthcare & Life Sciences space. You will lead end-to-end production, coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure brand standards across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.

You will collaborate with marketing, coordinate with external partners, coach spokespeople, and drive post-event learnings to improve future programs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in event production, meeting planning, public relations, hospitality management, or corporate communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience managing live, virtual, and hybrid conferences or corporate gatherings from conception through completion.
• Proficiency with collaboration, event, and project tracking tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, WebEx, Adobe, DocuSign).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end event production, including initiation, milestones, resources, day-of coordination, post-event wrap-up, and future planning.
• Design and execute engaging activations and audience programs across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditures, negotiate service agreements, and reconcile costs.
• Source and manage relationships with venues, production contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Partner with marketing and communications to specify collateral, branding, and staging materials.
• Provide presentation coaching, protocol guidance, and logistical briefings to leaders and participants.
• Evaluate event performance metrics, gather feedback, and implement process improvements.
• Handle on-site execution, including equipment staging and event walkthroughs; occasional travel.

This role offers the unique opportunity to establish a centralized center of excellence for both live and virtual events, directly supporting long-term institutional mission and strategic outreach initiatives.
