  • Serve as the primary local point of contact for partners, venues, and crews, ensuring relationships and operations run smoothly
  • Collaborate with the broader events team to align on creative vision, budget, and timelines
  • Work with the brand and content team to ensure visual and brand identity is cohesive throughout the event
  • Manage Gold house volunteers in task execution before and during the event
  • Anticipate and solve problems before they surface, maintaining the standard of excellence Gold House is known for
What We’re Looking For
  • An experienced event producer with a track record of executing high‑profile events in NY or SF — galas, dinners, brand activations, or cultural programming
  • A strong operator who is equally comfortable in pre‑production spreadsheets and managing chaos on‑site the night of
  • Someone who leads with relationships; you have an established network of trusted vendors, venues, and crews in your market
  • Culturally aware and mission‑aligned; you understand the significance of the communities Gold House serves
  • Entrepreneurial, low‑ego, and ready to roll up your sleeves with a small team doing outsized work
The Engagement
  • Project‑Based Retainer: $5,000-$20,000/event depending on size of event/scope of work
  • Opportunity to convert to a full‑time employee (FTE) following a successful evaluation period
  • Opportunity to participate in Gold House programs and experiences
  • Opportunity to define the trajectory of a mission‑driven, fast‑growing, mainstream‑impactful organization
