Job summary

Glastender, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of bar and restaurant equipment, is seeking a part-time Event Planner to join our team. You will plan and execute employee events from start to finish, bringing energy and fresh ideas to our workplace culture.

In addition to events, you'll support HR with administrative tasks, coordinating with leadership to show appreciation and strengthen connections. If you thrive on organizing memorable experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in event planning, coordination, or administration.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Solid computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.

As our Event Planner, you'll bring energy and fresh ideas to everything from popcorn days to full-scale holiday parties with meals and entertainment. You'll play a key role in helping our leadership team show appreciation, build connections, and create memorable experiences for employees.

In addition to planning and executing employee events from start to finish, you'll also support Human Resources department with various administrative tasks.
