Job summary

DECC Traffic Director & Parking Attendant will guide event parkers to open parking spaces and monitor the DECC parking lot and ramp for capacity. They will assist with the setup of the DECC parking lot before and after events, including flag lines and signage.

This position will also work in the parking booth, accept payments, and make sales transactions while enforcing lot rules and delivering high levels of customer service. Part-time, event-driven with daytime and/or evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High level of customer service.
• Ability to adapt to change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Direct drivers to parking spaces and monitor traffic flow.
• Operate the parking booth and handle payments and sales.
• Set up parking areas with cones, flag lines, and signage.
• Monitor lot capacity and provide updates during events.
