Zusammenfassung

Wings Event Center is seeking a Parking Attendant to help manage venue traffic and ensure a smooth experience for guests during events. You will greet customers, direct cars, check passes, and report any safety concerns to supervisors.

This role requires stamina to stand for long periods, the ability to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, and a commitment to safety. You will gain exposure to a fast-paced, live-events environment with supportive team members.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone or in a team.
• Available to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more.
• Able to stoop and bend.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and handle potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment.
• Commitment to safety and health standards.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks.

Aufgaben

• Greet/welcome customers in a friendly manner.
• Direct cars into the parking lot in the correct order.
• Check cars for passes and direct them to the correct locations.
• Be alert during shift and report suspicious behavior to the Parking Supervisor or Security.
• Collect fees from patrons parking in the Event Center lot.
• Position or remove barricades/cones to maintain safe areas.
• Collect signage and cones and store them at the end of the shift.
