You will greet customers, direct cars, check passes, collect fees, and support safety and crowd control during shifts, with opportunities for advancement and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone, or in a team environment.
• Available to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods (8+ hours).
• Able to stoop and bend.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment.
• Able to comply with safety and health code standards.
• Able to handle repetitive motion tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet/welcome customers in a friendly manner
• Direct all cars into the parking lot in the correct order
• Make sure you are properly dressed for the weather conditions
• Check cars for passes and direct them to the correct locations
• Be alert during shift, report suspicious behavior to the Parking Supervisor and/or Security
• Collect fees from patrons looking to park in the Event Center parking lot
• Position or remove barricades/cones to prevent parking in certain spots
• Collect signage and cones and the end of the shift and place them in the appropriate place
