Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Parking Lot Attendant at Shoreline Amphitheatre to manage guest parking, issue tickets, collect fees, and assist guests with directions. The role emphasizes safety, courtesy, and proper vehicle handling.

Required is basic guest service experience, strong communication, and a neat appearance; standing/walking is frequent. High school diploma preferred. Compensation is hourly and based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• One-year guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in professional, clear, concise manner.
• Position requires constant walking and occasional sitting.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take numbered tags from guests, locate vehicles, and deliver vehicles or provide locating instructions.
• Keep parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space usage.
• Direct motorists to parking areas or spaces using signals or flashlights.
• Patrol parking areas to prevent damage and thefts.
• Greet guests and open car doors.
• Calculate parking charges and collect fees from guests.
• Issue ticket stubs or place tags on windshields and match tags for locating vehicles.
• Lift, position, and remove barricades to open/close parking areas.
• Inspect vehicles for damage.
• Participate in venue sustainability programs and educate fans about efforts.
• Collaborate with staff to collect recyclables and assist with event equipment after shows.
• Other tasks assigned by Parking Manager or Supervisor.
