Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral directions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand for long periods in all weather conditions.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 30 pounds.
• Positive and outgoing attitude; excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Read event notes prior to each event.
• Assist in setting up, breaking down, and adjusting traffic patterns as needed.
• Direct vehicles to lots based on pass, permit, or status.
• Assist patrons with general venue information in a positive manner.
• Monitor parking areas for fill status and security concerns.
• Assist parking supervisors and venue staff as requested.
