Job summary

Cornerstone Parking Group, Inc. is seeking an Event Parking Attendant to manage traffic and provide a positive parking experience for event spectators. This on-site role operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.

Ideal candidates will be at least 16 years old, with a positive attitude and the willingness to assist customers. Prior customer service is preferred, and the job requires standing and walking for extended periods in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Positive attitude and desire to help others.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to withstand varying weather conditions.
• Able to comprehend and converse in English.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and for scheduled shifts in proper uniform.
• Greet and assist customers, delivering a positive first impression.
• Provide parking information and directions to customers; direct traffic in/out of parking lot and toward spaces.
• Keep traffic moving smoothly and drive lanes clear.
• Keep lots clean and free of debris.
• Other duties as assigned.
