Job summary

PSQ Productions in Irvine, CA is seeking reliable Event Operations Crew Members to support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. This role requires physical labor and teamwork to ensure smooth operations and high-quality guest experiences.

You will follow safety protocols, assist with logistics, and work a fast-paced schedule, including nights and weekends, to support community events and venues in Orange County.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event infrastructure (staging, tables, chairs, barricades, signage).
• Load, unload, and transport equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area before, during, and after events.
• Operate basic tools and assist with equipment operation as needed.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist with event logistics and respond to real-time operational needs.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and timelines.
