About Hollywood Park

Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25 acres of public parks and open space.

Event Operations Crew Member - YouTube Theater

As an Event Operations Crew Member, you will contribute to setting up YouTube Theater events, ensuring venue aesthetics and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing a world-class guest experience aligned with S.T.A.R.S. commitments
• Handling setups and teardowns of equipment and supplies
• Assisting in maintenance and inventory control
• Upkeeping the stadium
• Operating heavy equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts)
• Following safety policies and procedures
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Performing duties safely and efficiently without accepting monetary value
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a performance venue preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maneuver between functions
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays
• Prolonged standing, walking, and stair navigation

Compensation:

Starting rate: $20.00/hour; $30.00 overtime rate

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, stand for long periods, reach overhead, and work in various environmental conditions.
