U.S. Steel Community Field at Hazelwood Green is seeking an Operations Team Member to join the department in Pittsburgh. You will support event setup, operate equipment, assist guests, and help maintain a clean, safe facility during busy event days.

The role emphasizes friendly interaction, teamwork and reliability with flexible nights, weekends and holidays as needed. This is a part-time, non-exempt position with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• The candidate should be respectful and friendly to athletes, guests and staff.
• Strong guest service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to learn and assist with event setup, operations and custodial duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and friendly service to guests and staff.
• Assist with setup/takedown of benches, chairs and event items.
• Monitor play areas and assist guests with directions.
• Sell and assist in ticket operations for events.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety before, during, and after events.
• Direct customer parking and maintain orderly operations.
• Operate scoreboard, microphone, and music system as needed.
• Complete paperwork and coordinate with management.
