Job summary

U.S. Steel Community Field at Hazelwood Green is seeking a part-time Janitorial Team Member in Pittsburgh, PA. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing designated areas and supporting event-specific maintenance needs.

The role requires 2+ years of janitorial experience where you can work varied shifts and collaborate with a team. You will need to handle routine and non-routine cleaning, manage waste, and ensure facilities meet daily usage standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years janitorial experience preferred.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision and as a team.
• Capacity to take direction.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleanup of all areas of the facility as directed.
• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot.
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders / maintenance requests.
• Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up.
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
• Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped for daily usage and scheduled events.
• Additional tasks assigned by management.
