Job summary

ABM Industries in Austin, TX seeks The Post Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at multiple buildings within the district. Leads Supervisors to ensure contract requirements are met and manages cost controls and service standards.

Responsibilities include developing work plans with the Project Manager, expanding billable services, and maintaining excellent customer relations to ensure retention. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• 1-2 years of Supervisor experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of janitorial equipment.
• OSHA-required processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops work plans with Project Manager to provide services on time and cost-effectively.
• Provide customer with information regarding additional services available at ABM.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve pending complaints/feedback.
• Maintain regular contact with customer to ensure services meet contract requirements and promote retention.
• Inform Project Manager of status of work and escalate issues as needed.
• Increase billable services and add value by offering additional services (TAG work).
• Enforce ABM and client policies through mentoring of field personnel.
• Report accidents and property damage accurately and promptly.
