Job summary

Faraday Future is seeking a Supervisor, Event Marketing to lead strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact corporate events, retail activations, and experiential marketing efforts. This role will coordinate across internal teams and external partners to showcase FF’s technology and design while driving qualified leads and brand lift.

You will manage end-to-end logistics, budgets, vendor relations, and on-site execution, with a focus on ROI and brand consistency.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end event planning and execution with strong project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in tradeshow planning and execution; 3–5 years in event/experiential/retail marketing or related industries.
  • Strong marketing acumen and understanding of brand engagement strategies.
  • Ability to travel for on-site event support.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for event collateral and branding support.
  • Vendor and venue management experience across diverse event formats.
  • Experience in professional services, matrixed organizations, or agency environments.

Responsibilities

  • Track and report post-event metrics to evaluate success and inform future strategies.
  • Travel as needed for on-site event support.
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to align event strategies with campaigns.

Job description

  • The Supervisor, Event Marketing will lead and support the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact corporate events, retail marketing activities and other activations that elevate Faraday Future’s brand and support business objectives across key markets
  • This role is instrumental in shaping brand perception, driving engagement and sales leads, and supporting go-to-market efforts through innovative, experiential activations
  • This role will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class events that highlight FF’s technology, design, and vision
  • Develop and deliver strategic, creative event marketing strategy to support a variety of branding and business initiatives
  • Lead the execution of innovative in-person or virtual events, including corporate events, tradeshows, marketing and sales events, experiential activities and other activations that strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and foster key relationships
  • Oversee end-to-end event logistics for both company and third-party events, including budgeting, contract negotiation, venue selection, registration, catering, production, transportation, and on-site execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners and vendors to manage high-quality event experiences
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to align event strategies with broader campaign goals, ensuring the right subject matter experts are engaged and program launches achieve maximum reach and impact
  • Supporting retails marketing effots, liaise with local retail partner teams to ensure alignment on marketing calendars, promotional plans, and execution details. Support setup and logistics for retail activations and campaign and customer engagement events
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery by identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, and aligning with key milestones
  • Ensure all events comply with Faraday Future’s internal policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Coordinate with digital, social, and PR teams to amplify event presence across channels
  • Track and report on post-event metrics to evaluate success, measure ROI, and inform future event strategies
