The role emphasizes logistics, attendee management, and cross-functional coordination with sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event marketing or marketing coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and support on-site events.
• Experience with event management platforms and CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute client engagement events, sales programs, and sponsorships.
• Manage event RSVPs, registrations, and attendee communications.
• Support sales with client-facing events to drive pipeline and relationships.
• Utilize event tech and CRM for registrations, reporting, and post-event insights.
• Provide marketing admin support including timelines, documents, budgets, and vendor coordination.
