Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking Event Marketing Representatives to represent our brand at community events. This customer-facing role focuses on sales, customer service, and lead generation, helping homeowners learn about our products and scheduling in-home consultations for the Sales team.

The position mainly works weekends at home shows, festivals, and other events. Training is provided through paid onboarding, coaching, and ongoing support, with uncapped bonuses for performance and a flexible

This is a customer-facing event marketing role focused on sales, customer service, and lead generation. You'll help homeowners learn more about our products, promote the Renewal by Andersen brand, and schedule appointments for our Sales team.

This role is primarily scheduled on weekends and may include shifts at home shows, festivals, fairs, and other community events. No industry experience is required. Training provided through paid onboarding, coaching, and ongoing support.
