About Us The Ammortal Chamber brings together multiple scientifically backed technologies into one experience. It is a healing technology that can be utilized by wellness clinics and inside the home. Our clients include specialty spas and clinics, sports teams, and individuals who are biohackers or athletes.

We are a small team with a startup culture. After our first full year shipping a finished product on the market, we have shown strong growth. Our team is made up of engineers, health professionals, and startup entrepreneurs.

What is this role and why does it exist? The Event Marketing Manager ensures Ammortal’s presence at events is not only polished and professional, but also creatively distinctive. This role exists to position Ammortal as a “category of one” by curating innovative experiences that blend best-in-class event strategy with unique brand storytelling.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Chief Growth Officer, the Event Marketing Manager ensures that every event delivers on two fronts:

  • Brand experience – reinforcing Ammortal’s identity and values
  • Business growth – capturing and nurturing leads in collaboration with the Sales team

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Marketing leadership to shape event strategy in support of campaigns and company objectives
  • Develop innovative, creative brand experiences that showcase Ammortal’s uniqueness
  • Oversee event branding and assets (booth design, signage, collateral, digital activations)
  • Collaborate with Sales to operationalize lead capture and follow-up processes
  • Track and report on event performance (ROI, leads, conversions, brand impressions)
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to the Event Coordinator on logistics execution

Requirements What technical knowledge do you need to perform in your role? Required

  • Experience working with Google Workspace, project management software (Asana or similar), CRM tools (HubSpot), event marketing software, and analytics tools

Preferred

  • Design experience (Canva, Figma) for light collateral creation

Qualifications (Must haves):

  • 5+ years in event marketing, experiential marketing, or brand management
  • Proven success designing and executing events that drive measurable results
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to align lead generation strategies
  • Strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills

Qualifications (Not required, but nice to haves):

  • Background in health, wellness, or technology industries

Pay, Location, Hours

  • Pay: $90,000 – $110,000

  • This range is intentionally broad because we are considering a wide range of candidates with varied experience levels

  • Benefits: 80% health, vision, dental insurance covered

  • Location: Remote with 25% travel – this individual will travel to some of our events
