Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths in Charlotte is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to lead our market, execute the event strategy, strengthen community relationships, and drive lead generation.

This hands-on, field-based role engages homeowners, sets appointments at events, and grows Joyce’s local presence by securing new partnerships while coordinating venue relations and team performance.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of event marketing, retail sales, canvassing, or lead-generation experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring others in a performance-driven environment (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and confidence approaching new people.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Charlotte market.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as events require.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and continue growing an established market.
• Ability to lift and set up tents, tables, banners, and basic event equipment.

Position Overview

Joyce is looking for an Event Marketing Manager to lead our established Charlotte market. You’ll play a key role in executing our event marketing strategy, strengthening relationships throughout the community, leading a high-performing team, and driving lead generation across the market.

This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role where you will actively engage homeowners, generate leads, and set appointments while managing event execution. You will also take ownership of venue relationships and proactively identify and secure new events to expand our presence.

Compensation

This role includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives.

Compensation Includes:

• Base salary: $55,000
• Expected first-year earnings: $65,000 - $70,000+ (base + uncapped bonus)
• $500/month car allowance
• $100/month phone allowance

What You’ll Do
