Job summary

Natera is seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator to support the events team with timelines, task tracking in Wrike, and budget oversight. You will help organize conference materials, drives, and communications for varying scale events.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in marketing operations or event planning, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

The Event Marketing Coordinator will support the events team with a variety of activities with a primary focus on managing event timelines, task requests in our project management system, file and drive organization, budget tracking, reporting and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage global conference calendars and updates and support the Event Leads on all logistics and support communications.
  • Manage Event share drive to ensure all event information is organized and easily accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Assist with materials orders and shipping for all level conferences.
  • Track Event Campaigns in Wrike (project management tool) to ensure all projects are on track and stakeholder teams are aligned.
  • Manage list processing and reporting for all Tier 1 and Tier 2 event.
  • Follow up with stakeholders as needed to manage timelines and project deadlines; coordinate the details necessary to complete projects.
  • Help send, post, submit, distribute or otherwise disseminate marketing materials, projects, and content once complete.
  • Assist with event planning and logistics this may include researching restaurant / hotel locations for small group dinners, local activities, etc.
  • Assist with budget and payment tracking.
  • Assist with various other event and field marketing related activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, business, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, event planning, or communications
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
  • Ability to communicate with multiple members of the team effectively
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
  • Experience with project/event management software is a plus

This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the base pay we reasonablyexpect to offer at the time of hire.Final compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
