Job summary

Loom Remodelers is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and manage event marketing activities across South Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware. The role focuses on generating qualified leads and promoting remodeling services at home shows, fairs, expos, and community events.

The coordinator will work in the Cherry Hill, NJ market, traveling locally to different events, coordinating staff, and maximizing event performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout South Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware.
• Background check completion required.
• Prior event marketing, lead generation or home improvement marketing experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM or scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify events, trade shows, fairs, and expos within the assigned territory.
• Negotiate contracts and secure event opportunities with vendors and organizers.
• Develop and maintain an annual calendar of events.
• Recruit, hire, and train Event Demonstrators.
• Schedule and manage event staff assignments.
• Coordinate booth setup, display logistics, and event breakdown.
• Engage with homeowners and promote our products and services.
• Schedule free in-home consultations at events.
• Collect contest entries and lead information.
• Follow up with prospects and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Track, measure, and report event performance and results.
