Position Overview

We're looking for an Event Marketing Coordinator to join our San Antonio team and help organise promotional events and marketing activities for different client brands.

The position combines event preparation, team coordination, brand representation, and customer engagement. You'll help ensure campaigns are organised effectively while supporting the sales and marketing objectives behind each event.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning and Preparation

• Assist with organising promotional event schedules and campaign activities.

• Support on-site event activities and help ensure plans are followed.
• Communicate changes, resolve practical issues, and assist with team coordination.

• Maintain records of event activity and customer engagement.
• Help track campaign results against agreed targets.
