The Catalyst Corporation is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Event Marketing & Customer Engagement Associates in Oak Brook, IL.

This entry-level position provides hands‑on experience in event marketing, customer engagement, sales, brand promotion, and customer acquisition. You'll work directly with customers in retail locations, promotional events, and other face-to‑face environments while representing nationally recognized client brands.

No previous marketing or sales experience is required. We provide full paid training, ongoing mentorship, and hands‑on coaching to help new team members develop professionally and succeed in the role.

Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to our Oak Brook, IL office for training, meetings, and daily team operations.

What You’ll Do

• Represent client brands at retail locations, promotional events, and customer-focused campaigns

• Engage directly with customers through friendly, professional face‑to‑face conversations

• Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and benefits

• Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information

• Generate customer interest and assist with sales and enrollment opportunities

• Support event and campaign setup, execution, and organization

• Track customer interactions and campaign activity accurately

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve individual and team performance goals

• Maintain a professional and positive brand presence during all customer interactions

• Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, and leadership training
