Job summary

Erie Home in Texas is seeking an energetic Event Marketer to attend pre-scheduled events, demonstrate products, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. You will be assigned to build our presence at trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events, driving results for the local office.

Expect weekend duty (Fri–Sun), a reliable vehicle, and a smartphone for lead submission. Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission, with weekly pay and opportunities for advancement as the company

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Attention to detail and punctual.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High level of energy, engagement and standing for extended periods at events.
• Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping application and submit leads.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
• Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
• Generate and Data Capture show leads for our award-winning products
• Event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 50 pounds)
