Job summary

Pacific Exteriors is looking for an Event Marketer to join our fast-paced exterior remodeling team. You will attend pre-scheduled events, generate leads for the local office, and work at trade shows, fairs, and community events to fuel our sales pipeline.

About the Role

The Event Marketer will attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. The Event Marketer will be assigned to work trade shows, events, fairs, festivals, community events, etc. to generate qualified leads for our talented sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Interact with potential customers and set appointments for our Outside Sales team to provide product demonstrations.
• Use company provided high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Ask the right questions to understand homeowner needs, timelines, and motivation.
• Educate customers on our services and what to expect during their consultation.
• Represent the company professionally and confidently.
• Event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 30 pounds).

Job Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and some weekdays as needed.
• Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver's License.
• Comfortable handling customer objections.
• Strong, clear, and confident communication skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Organized, reliable, and goal oriented.
• Experience in call centers, inside sales, appointment setting, or retail sales is a plus - not required.

What We Offer

• Competitive base pay plus performance-based incentives
  - Base pay: $20.00/hour , supplemented by bonuses of $15.00 per qualifying appointment.

Job Type: Part-Time, Hourly

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour plus bonuses.
