Job summary

Pacific Exteriors LLC is hiring an Event Marketer to generate leads at pre-scheduled events and engage homeowners for our exterior remodeling services. You will set appointments for the Outside Sales team, using energetic engagement techniques and product knowledge to drive qualified leads.

The role focuses on trade shows, fairs, and community events with strong emphasis on customer interaction and professional representation of the company. Weekend work and some weekdays are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in call centers, inside sales, appointment setting, or retail sales is a plus.
• Strong, clear, and confident communication skills are essential.
• Organized, reliable, and goal oriented.

Responsibilities

About the Role

The Event Marketer will attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. The Event Marketer will be assigned to work trade shows, events, fairs, festivals, community events, etc. to generate qualified leads for our talented sales team.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and some weekdays as needed.
• Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver's License.
• Comfortable handling customer objections.
• Strong, clear, and confident communication skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Organized, reliable, and goal oriented.
• Experience in call centers, inside sales, appointment setting, or retail sales is a plus - not required.

What We Offer

• Competitive base pay plus performance-based incentives
  - Base pay: $20.00/hour , supplemented by bonuses of $15.00 per qualifying appointment.

Job Type: Part-Time, Hourly

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour plus bonuses.
