Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking outgoing, energetic individuals to join our event marketing team as part-time Event Marketers, representing Leaf Home at trade shows, fairs, and community events in the Bremerton area.

You will engage with attendees, demonstrate products, capture qualified leads for our sales team, and help drive growth with flexible scheduling and performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required (Friday–Sunday).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High energy, engaging, and able to stand for extended periods at events.
• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for a growing company.
• Must have a smartphone to use the timekeeping app and submit leads.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and demonstrate products with high energy.
• Work well with minimal supervision while keeping the manager informed.
• Generate and capture show leads for the sales team.
• Set up and tear down events (lift up to 50 pounds).

Job Summary

The Event Marketer will attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. Assigned to work trade shows/events/fairs/festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for our talented sales team. Responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Event Marketing Manager.

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
• Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
• Generate and Data Capture show leads for our award-winning products
• Event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 50 pounds)

Job Requirements

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line
• High level of energy, engagement and standing for extended periods of time at events
