Job summary

Leaf Home in Augusta, ME is seeking an energetic Event Marketer to join our team at trade shows, fairs, and community events. You will perform product demonstrations, engage potential customers, and generate qualified leads for our sales force. You’ll work weekends and represent our home solution brands with enthusiasm.

Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission, with weekly pay, paid training, and growth opportunities as our event program expands.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends (Fri–Sun).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Attention to detail and punctual.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High energy, engagement and ability to stand for extended periods at events.
• Ability to utilize our system to generate qualified leads.
• Must have a smartphone to use timekeeping app and submit leads.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled events (trade shows, fairs, and community events) to generate leads.
• Interact with potential customers and demonstrate products with high energy.
• Generate and capture show leads for the sales team.
• Set up and tear down event displays and stand for extended periods.

Job Summary

The Event Marketer will attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. Assigned to work trade shows/events/fairs/festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for our talented sales team. Responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Event Marketing Manager.

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
• Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
• Generate and Data Capture show leads for our award-winning products
• Event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 50 pounds)

Job Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
• Attention to detail and punctual
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line
• High level of energy, engagement and standing for extended periods of time at events
• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company
• Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping application and submit leads.
