Competitive hourly pay of $18 plus commissions is offered, along with opportunities for growth into management positions.

Job Summary

The Event Marketer will attend pre‑scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. Assigned to trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for our sales team. Responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Event Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work well without close supervision but keep the manager informed.
• Generate and capture show leads for our award‑winning products.
• Set up and tear down events (ability to lift up to 50 pounds).

Job Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High level of energy, engagement, and ability to stand for extended periods at events.
• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our growing company.
• Must have a smartphone to use the company time‑keeping application and submit leads.
