Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking an Event Marketer to attend pre-scheduled events, generate leads for the local office, and support our sales team through trade shows, fairs, and community events.

You will demonstrate products, capture qualified leads, and work with the Events Marketing Manager to exceed targets, while maintaining high energy and customer engagement at all times.

Job Summary

The Event Marketer will attend pre‑scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. Assigned to work trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events, they will generate qualified leads for our sales team and exceed issued lead targets and goals administered by the Event Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
• Work well without close supervision but always keep the manager informed
• Generate and capture data for show leads for our award‑winning products
• Set up and tear down events (ability to lift to 50 pounds)

Job Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
• Attention to detail and punctuality
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line
• High level of energy, engagement, and standing for extended periods of time at events
• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company
• Must have a smartphone to use the company timekeeping application and submit leads
