Job summary

Lake-Street-Staffing is hiring experienced Off-Premise Event Managers for their leading catering and events company in Chicago. This role is perfect for hospitality professionals who excel in fast-paced environments and are committed to executing exceptional events.

In this position, you'll take charge of off-premise events, leading teams and ensuring high service standards are met throughout the Chicago area. Both part-time and full-time roles are available, with full-time employees eligible for benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering, banquet, restaurant, or large-scale event environments is preferred.
• Availability on weekends due to event scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Lead and direct service staff including servers and bartenders.
• Ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH teams.

A leading Chicago catering & events company is seeking experienced Event Managers to join our growing Off-Premise Events Leadership Team.

We are currently hiring both part-time and full-time professionals. Full-time team members are eligible for benefits.

This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading teams, and take pride in executing exceptional events throughout the Chicago area.

Our Event Managers are responsible for leading teams, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring flawless event execution from setup through service.
