Job summary

Fabletics OS is seeking a Logistics Coordinator, Retail Activations to manage fixtures and assets within the fulfillment center, oversee loading/unloading, coordinate shipment lanes, repair fixtures, and ensure smooth logistics for events.

You will travel to major events to assist with on-site logistics, work closely with warehouse teams to optimize inventory flow, and ensure shipments arrive in good condition on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Willingness to travel for large events.
• Basic mechanical skills for fixture repairs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Position may require you to execute light craftsmanship and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fixture Management & Organization: Maintain an organized inventory of fixtures and related materials in the fulfillment center.
• Oversee fixture repair, ensuring all items are in good working condition before shipping.
• Coordinate fixture allocation and retrieval for events.
