JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Sign-On Bonus: $500!

The Lifestyle Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the daily management of the community to achieve resident retention goals. This role works closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to assist with the move-in process, develop and coordinate programs and resident events, and support sales and marketing efforts within the senior living community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Greet prospects and residents entering the office/leasing area, ensuring their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member. Assist with tours as needed.
  2. Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and assist with service request callbacks.
  3. Manage the guest suite schedule for proper payment and cleanliness, and oversee move-in/move-out scheduling for loading dock and elevators.
  4. Handle package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours.
  5. Ensure amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use.
  6. Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces, including setting assessment metrics for success.
  7. Maintain detailed local area information and positive relationships with vendors and local businesses to assist residents and stay updated on community events.
  8. Respond to Lifestyle E-mail inquiries promptly and work with the team to promote events and initiatives.
  9. Create and distribute the monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers, and update the Resident Portal.
  10. Contribute to meeting sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks.
  11. Assist in developing budgets related to activities and resident retention, managing expenses accordingly.

Hourly pay range: $21.00 - $23.00.

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION

Factors influencing pay include business needs, experience, skills, and location. This role may be eligible for quarterly, annual, weekly, or monthly bonus programs based on performance.
