JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Lifestyle Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day management of the community to achieve resident retention goals. This role works closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to assist with the move-in process, develop and coordinate programs and resident events, and support sales and marketing efforts within the senior living community.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet prospects and residents upon entry, ensuring their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member. Assist with tours as needed.
  2. Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and assist with service request callbacks.
  3. Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensure proper payment and cleanliness, and manage move-in/move-out schedules for loading dock and elevator.
  4. Manage package deliveries, document arrivals, and notify residents within 24 hours.
  5. Ensure amenities are in tour condition and ready for resident use.
  6. Utilize amenity spaces to develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs, including establishing success metrics.
  7. Maintain detailed local area information and foster relationships with vendors and local businesses to offer recommendations and stay updated on community events.
  8. Monitor and respond to the Lifestyle Email Account and collaborate with the Lifestyle Team to promote events and initiatives.
  9. Create and distribute the monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers, and update the Resident Portal.
  10. Contribute to meeting sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks.
  11. Assist in developing budgets related to activities and resident retention, managing expenses accordingly.
Additional Compensation

Factors influencing employee pay include business needs, experience, skills, and location. Role-specific bonuses may include:

  • Corporate Positions: Participation in quarterly or annual bonus programs based on performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions: Eligibility for weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonus programs.
