Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Charleston and Hilton Head is seeking a dynamic Event Marketing Lead to drive brand presence at events and retail sites. You will split time between office coordination and field leadership, recruiting and training ambassadors, and coordinating event logistics across Charleston and Hilton Head.

You’ll coach teams, manage schedules, and help secure new events while reporting to the Regional Manager. A growth path to an event lead role within 8–12 months is available.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year in a Leadership role supporting teams of 5-10 outside agents.
• Experience in Marketing, Sales, and/or a performance-related position.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to conduct research and organize information.
• Data-driven with ability to tell a story from data.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of positive reinforcement at each event/retail location.
• Work and supervise events every weekend.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of brand ambassadors.
• Research and book events/retail locations.
• Ensure compliance with lead-setting policies and procedures.
